Project Manager at EMSTAR Research

EMSTAR Research, Inc. (www.emstarresearch.com), a program evaluation consulting firm based in Atlanta is seeking a full-time project manager.  The successful applicant will have experience managing evaluation projects and be capable of working independently on the full range of evaluation activities from planning and proposal writing, day-to-day management of evaluation implementation, to summative reporting.  EMSTAR desires candidates with strong research methodological and quantitative data analytic skills.  Also desirable but not required are experience managing multi-site evaluations, a substantive focus on community-based collaborative interventions, and familiarity with the System of Care model of intervention for severely emotionally disturbed youth.  EMSTAR offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.  Applicants should send a brief letter of interest and curriculum vitae, including two professional references, to Dr. Adam Darnell at adam_darnell@yahoo.com, no later than November 30, 2009.
